Established in 1977 in Portage La Prairie with 3 staff, the new Morden, Manitoba plant located approximately 60 miles southwest of Winnipeg has grown to over 400 people. Decor still operates on family values and believes relationships with staff, community and suppliers to be the key proponent of their success. Over 60% of their market is now in the US, covering 16 US states and looking to expand into four additional states. While efforts have focused on growing the US market share, their Canadian presence is also strong and on the rise.
