CME Lean Manufacturing Consortia
Lean manufacturing consortia help accelerate productivity improvements by taking advantage of the knowledge and expertise that already resides within manufacturing companies.
Aimed at companies committed to lean manufacturing and willing to share successes as well as challenges, Consortia are formal groups of ten to twelve companies, with a goal to achieve step changes in business performance.
