People, Skills, Performance: Building Better Workplaces Program
This innovative program consists of easy to use assessments, a kit of tools designed to assist with various aspects of human resources (HR)- including interviewing, performance measurement and performance enhancement-and training opportunities for industry and their staff. They will be able to benchmark themselves against known and effective best practices and measure the impact of participation on their bottom line.The program is currently working with a pilot group of about 12 businesses.
Technical Vocation Initiative
Technical Vocational Education Advisory Committee (TVEAC)
CME serves as a committee member to participate in making recommendations which reflect the emerging educational, training, social and economic challenges to guide Technical Vocational Education (TVE) and training in Manitoba.
